OverView
HappyFresh is an online grocery shopping application that is present in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. HappyFresh application users can order their needs which will be forwarded to the supermarket and delivered to their home by a courier.
The Challenge
Users face difficulty in finding important features, making it hard for them to easily access essential functions. Additionally, they have limited decision-making ability because they cannot assess the feasibility or convenience of transactions based on distance. Lastly, there is an information gap, as consumers lack sufficient details about the products, making it difficult for them to make informed purchasing decisions.
The Solution
I designed a visually stunning UI for Happyfresh with high-quality visuals, clear typography, and a sophisticated color palette to balance modernity and timelessness. I created a user-friendly UI with fast load times e-commerce platform. Enhanced features like advanced search, personalized recommendations, and customer reviews improved navigation, engagement, and conversion rates.
The Result
Increasing user satisfaction can empower users, making them feel more confident as they navigate the product. By reducing user frustration, users will spend less time searching for features and information, leading to a smoother experience. An intuitive and transparent interface can also improve product adoption, encouraging users to explore and make use of additional features. As a result, boosting user engagement is likely, which increases the chances of users becoming loyal customers and recommending the product to others.
